Employment Information

Information submitted in connection with an employment application may be used to evaluate your qualifications, communicate with you about opportunities, administer recruiting and hiring activities, route your application to appropriate hiring personnel or locations, and maintain records that are legally or operationally necessary. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, offer, or employment.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Website uses essential cookies to protect forms against unauthorized submissions and to support secure administrative sessions. These technologies help keep the Website functional and secure.

When you submit a job application, the Website uses your browser's session storage to preserve your form answers if the submission must be retried. The resume file itself is not saved in browser storage, and the saved draft is removed after a successful submission. Session storage is generally cleared when the browser session ends.

The Website also uses a human-verification service to protect public forms from spam and abuse. As you approach or interact with a public form and when you submit it, that service may receive verification information, your IP address, and limited browser or device information as part of the security check. This security processing is essential and remains active if you reject nonessential cookies and services.

When you select the button to submit a contact form, job application, or password-reset request, you direct and consent to the real-time transmission and processing of the information you submit and limited technical data by Sinkula and the service providers needed to deliver, secure, store, and respond to your communication. Please do not submit a form if you do not agree to that processing. This consent does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

With your permission, the Website may load nonessential third-party features, such as maps and hosted fonts. These services may receive information about your device, browser, IP address, and interactions with those features. Selecting "Accept" enables these services; selecting "Reject" keeps them off. Essential Website functions remain available, although some third-party features may be unavailable. The Website stores your choice in a first-party preference cookie for up to 180 days. If you accept optional services, we also use first-party application analytics to understand visits, return visits, apply clicks, form progress, active time, submission attempts, errors, and completed applications. A random browser identifier is stored for up to 30 days. Analytics does not contain your name, contact details, form answers, résumé contents, or interview links, and the identifier is not attached to your candidate record. We use broad referral, campaign, job, and device categories to improve the application process. Our analytics service retains these measurements for three months. Rejecting optional services stops this collection and removes the analytics identifier from your browser.

You can also control cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may prevent some Website features from working correctly.

Third-Party Services and Service Providers

Sinkula uses service providers to host and deliver the Website, maintain databases and file storage, send and receive email, process and sanitize uploaded resumes, provide maps and hosted fonts, prevent spam and abuse, and support security and diagnostic logging. These providers may process information on Sinkula's behalf as needed to provide their services.

Some job postings may direct you to an external recruiting service instead of Sinkula's application form. Information you provide after leaving the Website is governed by that service's privacy notice and terms, not this Privacy Policy. Review the external service's notice before submitting information there.

Sinkula may share information collected through the Website:

With authorized recruiting, hiring, operations, administrative, and technical personnel.
With service providers that support the Website and recruiting process on Sinkula's behalf.
When required by applicable law, subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process.
When reasonably necessary to investigate fraud or security incidents or to protect the rights, property, security, or safety of Sinkula, applicants, employees, or others.

Sinkula does not sell job application information.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information about you, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or exercise other applicable privacy rights.

Sinkula may need to verify your identity and the scope of your request before responding. Different categories of information may be retained for different periods based on their purpose and applicable requirements.

You may request deletion of personal information where that right is available under applicable law. Sinkula may need to verify your identity before acting on the request and will handle valid requests within applicable legal timeframes.

Sinkula may retain information when required by law or when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, disputes, employment or business records, or other legitimate purposes permitted by law.
